Caldmore Area Housing Association is a community-based registered social landlord based in Walsall. We are a charity and social business, managing over 1,600 homes. Our primary purpose is to improve the quality of life for those we serve, offering a diverse range of housing and care and support services.

Residents' report

Each year, we produce a residents' annual report, with information about what's been happening across Caldmore and the rest of the Accord Group and what residents can look forward to in the future. Packed with information, interviews and statistics, the 2011 report is now available.
