About us

Caldmoreaccord Housing Association manages over 7,200 homes and provides a range of supported housing and care services to meet the needs of local people in the West Midlands.

Based in Darlaston and Caldmore, the majority of our homes are in Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley and Wolverhampton. We also provide care and support services at more than 55 sites in the Midlands for young people, older people, people with learning disabilities, dementia and mental health concerns.

Caldmoreaccord is committed to helping to improve the quality of life for local people by providing affordable homes and support services that meet individual needs.

We aim to continuously improve our services by involving our customers in the services that we deliver and our performance is regularly monitored.

Caldmoreaccord is one of six organisations in the Accord Group.
