About us

Caldmore Area Housing Association is a charity that provides over 1,600 homes and a range of care services to people in Walsall.

Based in Caldmore Green, we are committed to helping improve the quality of life for local people by providing affordable homes and support services that meet individual needs.

We aim to continuously improve our services by involving our customers in all the services that we deliver and our performance in our key areas of work is regularly monitored.

The association is one of seven organisations in the Accord Group, which comprises Accord, Ashram, Caldmore and Moseley & District housing associations, as well as bchs, Fry Housing Trust and Redditch Co-operative Homes.
