Adaptations

We want all residents to live comfortably in their homes and maintain as much independence as possible.

If you or a member of your family is finding it difficult to get into your home or move about freely, we may be able to help. We can fit aids and adaptations in your home, like a handrail or major adaptations, such as installing a through-floor lift.

We will ask for confirmation of your adaptation needs from an occupational therapist. Your council can provide assessments free of charge and if the work is agreed, we will prioritise claims according to need and urgency.
